Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking energetic and experienced HVAC Lead Installers to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will lead installation projects, ensuring the seamless setup of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a diverse range of clients. Your expertise will drive project success from start to finish, delivering top-tier service and building lasting customer relationships. Duties Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion while maintaining high quality standards Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to execute installations accurately Oversee the assembly and installation of HVAC equipment, including refrigeration systems, boilers, and air conditioning units Perform system troubleshooting, equipment repair, and maintenance tasks on-site to ensure optimal operation Supervise field service activities such as plumbing connections, appliance repairs, and property maintenance tasks Utilize tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or modifications Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all phases of installation and service Requirements Proven experience in construction, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), or related mechanical fields Demonstrated service technician experience with a strong understanding of schematics and HVAC design principles Knowledge of plumbing systems, refrigeration techniques (including ammonia refrigeration), and boiler operations Mechanical aptitude with experience operating tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately; familiarity with property maintenance standards preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers or similar vehicles preferred Strong field service background with experience in appliance repair, equipment repair, or mechanical systems maintenance Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in HVAC installation!
