Schedule:
Monday
- Friday, 7:00 AM
- 3:30 PM (occasional weekends, overtime, and evenings may be required) On-call rotation required.
Compensation:
$20
- $40 per hour, depending on your experience and skillset.

Perform professional diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing an outstanding customer experience every time.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record NATE Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire) Your own set of hand tools for HVAC service work Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of a formal HVAC training program Universal EPA Certification Excellent customer service and communication skills If you're a dependable, technically strong HVAC technician who wants more than "just a job"
