You're not just putting in equipment — you're the reason a family stays warm in January and cool in July. Install furnaces, air conditioners, coils, duct transitions, line sets, and accessories Perform clean, professional sheet metal work and field-fabricated fittings on-site Prevent callbacks — verify airflow, drainage, electrical, gas, refrigerant, and full system operation before you leave Explain the work clearly to homeowners — they paid for confidence, not just equipment Develop and train your apprentice on proper install procedures and Leslie standards Maintain a clean, organized job site and fully stocked truck ✦

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years residential HVAC installation experience — you can run a job start to finish Proficient in low and high voltage wiring, brazing, soldering, flex and sheet metal duct EPA 608 certified (or willing to certify) Clean, safe driving record Strong communicator — homeowners leave feeling taken care of, not just serviced Highly organized, zero-callback mindset, and growth-driven ✦
