We provide modern tools, ongoing training, and a culture that rewards both technical excellence and communication skills. Position Overview This is a Selling Technician role. You will run normal service calls, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, but you will also have the opportunity and training to offer new equipment solutions when systems are unsafe, unreliable, or inefficient. Instead of handing opportunities off to a salesperson, you own the relationship from start to finish and are compensated for it. What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and repair options Educate customers on system condition, efficiency, safety, and long-term costs When appropriate, present replacement options and financing solutions Build trust through honest recommendations, not pressure Document calls, estimates, and notes in ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional appearance Work closely with install teams to ensure smooth project transitions Participate in ongoing technical and sales training Who You Are You have two or more years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification Type II or Universal Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Comfortable talking with homeowners and explaining options Goal-driven with a desire to increase income through sales Valid driver's license and ability to work in attics, basements, and outdoor conditions What We Provide Hourly pay plus uncapped commissions on equipment sales Realistic earnings of $80,000 to $250,000+ Spiffs and performance bonuses Company vehicle, gas card, iPad, and uniforms All leads provided from existing service calls Ongoing paid technical and sales training Clear advancement path to Senior Tech or Lead Advisor A culture that rewards honesty, effort, and results Why This Role Is Different Most companies separate technicians and salespeople.
