HVAC Service Technician:
Performing HVAC Service & Repairs- Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment issues efficiently. Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Ensuring a professional and positive experience for customers. Reading and Interpreting Electrical Schematics
- Using schematics to troubleshoot and repair systems. Handling Service Calls
- Responding to service requests within a 60-mile radius of Jacksonville, IL . Maintaining Equipment & Workspaces
- Ensuring all tools and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained Using Computer Systems
- Entering job details and reports into a system with basic computer literacy Driving to Job Sites
- Traveling to customer locations Requirements 1+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred) Exceptional customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment effectively Proficiency in reading electrical schematics Basic computer literacy Ability to type on a keyboard with ease Clean driving record Willingness to undergo drug testing and background screening Possession of EPA Section 608 TYPE 2 Certification Willingness to take service calls within a 60-mile radius of Jacksonville Benefits Competitive salary range: $35,000•$80,000 Comprehensive health care plan Generous paid time off (PTO) Sales bonuses Vision and dental insurance Overtime pay opportunities Retirement pension plan Union membership Uncapped earning potential
