This position is responsible for troubleshooting and servicing HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, responding to service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting safe, efficient building operations. Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC and building maintenance experience Experience operating central plant systems Knowledge of DDC and pneumatic controls Indiana Refrigeration Technician License preferred/required Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work safely from ladders and lifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
