Epic Radon is looking to add an additional Tech to our team installing Radon Mitigation Systems in Residental homes. Our technicians install unique mitigation systems into residential homes to mitigate (move) gasses from inside of the home back into the environment.

Radon Mitigation:

To Mitigate gasses from the land beneath the structure. Mitigation systems are primarily made of PVC and an in-line fan. Please take a look at our website for photos (www.epicradon.com) What is Radon?? Radon is a naturally occurring gas caused by the decay of Uranium in the soil. In most cases, the Radon levels are tested in a real-estate home inspection. If levels are determined high, this is where we come in... Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of power and hand tools.

Example:

SDS Max Hammer Drill

• Previous experience in pipe fitting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, building, etc
• Knowledge of a home's infrastructure/foundation.
• Positive and confident customer service aptitude.
• Ability to think outside of the box, independently problem solve, and effectively communicate!

• Paid training provided
• Company vehicle + gas, tools, and supplies provided.
• Job quotes, scheduling, and customer service are all completed by the office. Upgrades are available to customers however, no sales goals or minimums are required.
• Installs are based upon region, in-state travel will be required. Majority of installs are located on the East side of the state. Few and very far between overnights may be requested if necessary.
• Compensation can be discussed in the interview.
