Pay :
We offer our Residential HVAC Tech $28-$35 per hour , plus commission opportunities , after-hours bonuses , and a $750 sign-on bonus after 120 days.

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECH THE SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM , including an on-call rotation .
YOUR ROLE
As our Residential HVAC Tech, you'll perform system inspections, tune-ups, and repairs for residential heating and cooling systems. You'll use your technical expertise to diagnose issues, explain solutions to customers in simple terms, and ensure every job is completed with precision and professionalism. Your reliability and commitment to quality will make you a key part of our trusted team.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license EPA license 1+ years of HVAC service experience Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations
