Technician Certification Full Job Description Lappe Heating and Air Conditioning is a Residential / Light Commercial HVAC Company located in Evansville, IN. We are Family owned and operated, currently in our 105th year of business. We have a very low turnover ratio with our employees. Over 50% of our current staff has been with Lappe Heating and Air Conditioning for 15+ years. We are currently seeking to add an experienced Installer to our growing company. We are a low pressure, laid back company that values the time of our employees. Pay is based on experience. Vanderburgh County Journeyman's License is preferred. We will assist with obtaining a license if needed.
