As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced commercial environment. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on commercial units including cleanings, inspections, and repairs Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure compliance with all safety standards and building codes Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Respond promptly to tenant service requests and resolve issues efficiently Communicate repair and replacement recommendations to management Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Respond to maintenance emergencies when necessary Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance

Qualifications:

3 + years of HVAC experience preferred EPA Section 608 Certification, Level II or higher required Ability to work in varying conditions (attics, rooftops, crawl spaces, etc.) Indiana HVAC Journeyman License preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
