HVAC Mechanical Technician AWS/CES is looking for an HVAC Mechanical Technician for our automotive manufacturing client

Tuesday-Saturday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM EPA Certification Required Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems throughout the facility. Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical equipment . Diagnose system issues using technical knowledge, testing equipment, and established troubleshooting procedures. Perform inspections, adjustments, component replacements, and equipment installations as needed. Respond to HVAC service calls and equipment issues while minimizing facility downtime and maintaining comfortable operating conditions. Maintain accurate documentation of completed maintenance, repairs, inspections, and equipment conditions. Follow all safety procedures, maintenance standards, and facility requirements while performing work. Qualifications Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, HVAC Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, or similar role . Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting methods. Experience working with commercial, industrial, or manufacturing HVAC equipment preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, equipment manuals, and schematics. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests. Strong commitment to workplace safety and preventative maintenance practices . HVAC certification or applicable trade credentials preferred.
