Responsibilities Engage with residential customers to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions Perform on-site assessments and basic service of residential HVAC equipment as needed Present and explain recommended products and services, highlighting their benefits Process sales agreements and related paperwork accurately and efficiently Coordinate with customers regarding job scheduling and payment Generate and follow up on leads, both company-provided and self-generated, to drive business growth Participate in on-call rotation as required Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction Qualifications At least 1 year of field experience in residential HVAC systems Understanding of the operation of various residential HVAC systems Ability to troubleshoot and communicate basic error codes effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to build strong customer relationships Professional demeanor and positive attitude Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Compensation $70,000 $125,000+ per year , based on performance and experience.
