Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring optimal climate control and mechanical operation across diverse property environments. Duties Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues. Conduct service calls in the field to address property maintenance needs related to HVAC/R systems, plumbing, and appliance repair. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair or replace faulty components. Maintain compliance with safety standards by performing equipment repairs with proper techniques and safety precautions. Assist in the installation of new HVAC systems or upgrades following detailed schematics and technical specifications. Support ammonia refrigeration systems and other specialized HVAC/R equipment requiring specific expertise. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction or property maintenance environments. Proven service technician experience with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or appliance repair. Ability to read and understand schematics and technical diagrams related to HVAC design and systems. Familiarity with field service procedures including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance. Experience operating diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; welding skills are a plus. Knowledge of boiler operation, ammonia refrigeration systems, and HVAC/R industry standards. Pay:
