Essential Functions:

Collaborate with technical writing, multimedia, and graphical services teams to create training outlines and hands-on procedures for both new and updated products. Work directly with technical writers who will transform your outlines into fully refined training content. Research concepts and new topic areas as new projects are added - and we have a lot of projects!

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HVACR or Mechanical Technology Industrial or Residential HVACR installation/repair experience: 5 years Excellent communication and organizational skills
