Job Summary Join our team as an HVAC Lead Installer, where your expertise will shine in delivering top-notch heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions! In this pivotal role, you will lead installation projects, ensuring that systems are set up efficiently and effectively. What you'll do Oversee and execute the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure seemless installations Utilize your mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform equipment repairs as needed. Provide guidance to junior technicians, sharing your expertise Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs while ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC/R technology to enhance service delivery. Basic qualifications Proven experience as a lead installer in the HVAC industry. Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and schematics. Proficiency in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics. Preferred qualifications Proven history of installing HVAC systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
