South Bend Heating is looking for an Install Technician for retrofit and new construction installs!

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment Modify ductwork, plumbing and electrical to manufacturer recommendations and local codes Start up equipment and adjust to manufacturer specifications Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may impede the installation process Answer any homeowner questions about equipment operation Complete invoices and collect payment Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Keep work van stocked with all necessary parts

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in residential HVAC installation Ability to handle physical workload Skill and experience using hand tools and power tools Problem solving and critical thinking skills Communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and ability to adapt Can work under time constraints and performance pressure when necessary Please email us with any questions or to request an application.
