Role:
HVAC Commercial Service Technician Location:
Southern Indiana and Kentucky service areas
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with rotating
Saturdays and Sundays Pay:
Up to $40.00 per hour + uncapped commissions on repairs, sales, and full unit replacements Role Responsibilities Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, and related service calls for commercial customers Discuss and assist with repair and replacement options for HVAC systems; sell and close as needed Perform preventative maintenance to extend system longevity Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans Build customer rapport and explain available products and services Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and dispatch team Exceed revenue goals and maintain clean, organized job sites and inventory Participate in training sessions, meetings, and company retreats Mentor apprentices and support team development Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices, timecards, and service documentation Required Qualifications Kentucky HVAC Journeyman License EPA Certification 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of consultative HVAC sales experience Working knowledge of industry software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar)
