Experienced HVAC Service Technician — 5+ Years Experience Up to $5,000 Hiring Bonus Based on Experience Mr. Breeze Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our residential service team. We are looking for a technician with at least 5 years of hands-on field experience who can diagnose, repair, communicate clearly with homeowners, and represent our company with professionalism. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and wants to be paid well for doing the job right. Compensation Pay is based on experience, licensing, training, and performance.
Expected annual compensation:
$75,000-$125,000+ Top performers may earn more through performance pay, overtime, and incentives. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations Communicate repair options clearly to homeowners Complete service notes, invoices, and recommendations accurately Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Follow safety procedures and company standards Help identify replacement, IAQ, maintenance agreement, and warranty opportunities when appropriate Represent Mr. Breeze Heating & Cooling professionally in customers' homes What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred EPA 608 Certification required Valid driver's license required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Comfortable working on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and indoor air quality products Able to explain technical issues in a simple, respectful way Strong customer service skills Clean, professional appearance Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to keep learning Able to work some evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed Benefits Up to $5,000 hiring bonus based on experience Company truck Fuel card Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Employee discounts Professional development assistance Referral program Room for advancement Why Work at Mr. Breeze?
