The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to determine the layout of HVAC systems Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete installations efficiently Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs Skills Ability to build, plumb gas lines, install refrigerant linesets, transitions for sheet metal and design HVAC systems effectively Experience with metal ductwork installation Familiarity with reading schematics for electrical components within HVAC systems Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Join us in providing top-notch HVAC solutions while advancing your career in a dynamic work environment!
