Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals. Explain equipment features, energy efficiency ratings, financing options, warranties, and maintenance plans. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to completion. Stay current on HVAC products and industry trends Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Participate in ongoing sales and product training. Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Desired Skills Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
