We are looking for someone that is available to start immediately and is looking for a long-term career. This role requires a strong desire for career growth while understanding the importance of starting with the work, earning trust with customers, delivering high-quality results, and building relationships from the ground up. Ideal candidate would have experience working on residential HVAC units with some plumbing knowledge and be EPA certified. Experience installing HVAC systems would be a plus!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide the highest level of professionalism, communication, and integrity to our customers Clean adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage. Diagnose and perform service work on HVAC systems in a residential setting to ensure optimal performance. Provide solutions to customers, addressing their need and offering professional options. Install, upgrade, and/or replace HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in an organized and clean condition. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of HVAC service experience required. Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Strong administrative skills—able to handle documentation, reporting, invoicing, and follow-up. Sales aptitude with the ability to communicate value to customers and close on Planned Service Agreements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. EPA Certification required; additional certifications a plus. Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

The physical requirements:

Lifting 50-75 pounds regularly. Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, Regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.

Pay:

$26.85 - $32.34 per hour
