Job Description
Overview We are seeking a HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in the field. The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems for our clients. Seeking a Plumber also but skill in both postions is a great benefit. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues and perform necessary repairs. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and specifications. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality. Perform welding and plumbing tasks as required for system installations or repairs. Provide exceptional field service by responding promptly to service calls. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, ammonia refrigeration, and refrigerate processes. Ability to read and understand schematics related to HVAC systems. Proficient in welding, plumbing, and mechanical skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Valid driver's license may be required for field service duties.
