Job Description

A&B Heating and Air Conditioning Company, privately owned, is actively seeking Heating and Air Conditioning Installer to join our team. Technicians must have graduated from Trade School or 3 years field experience, EPA certification and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ky Journeyman and NATE certifications are preferred but not necessary. Training on certifications are provided
Desired Skills & Experience SKILLS:
HVAC certifications preferred Minimum 3 years industry experience or graduate of Trade School A high school diploma A very good work ethic A driver's license with a clean record (no speeding tickets, accidents, etc.) Pass a background check
EXPERTISE
Installers works with residential & light commercial clients. Employees must be able to interact and communicate well with clients. Candidates must have experience understanding the installation of Gas Furnaces, Central Air and Heat pumps. Job is emphasized on quality or workmanship vs. production.
