Lead Project Installer (Commercial HVAC)•Direct Hire Direct Hire | Full-Time•7am-3:30pm
Pay:
$33•45/hr. (based on experience) We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Installer to join our client's growing commercial HVAC team. This position is responsible for installing commercial HVAC and mechanical systems on small to mid-sized projects while delivering quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and helping projects stay on schedule. Responsibilities Install commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV systems, exhaust and make-up air units. Install ductwork, spiral duct, refrigeration piping, and related mechanical systems. Perform equipment replacements, tenant improvements, and new construction installations. Complete equipment startup, testing, and commissioning. Read blueprints and construction drawings. Coordinate daily work with the Project Manager and maintain job documentation. Lead and mentor a helper or apprentice on assigned projects. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred (strong candidates with less experience considered). EPA Universal Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain). Ability to read blueprints and work independently. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30 Certification Journeyman HVAC License Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 lbs. independently (100 lbs. with assistance). Work on rooftops, ladders, aerial lifts, and scaffolding. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
