We're looking for skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality residential service. In this role, you'll be part of a supportive, high-performing team where your technical skills and customer service both matter.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Perform residential HVAC tune-ups and system inspections with precision Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call Accurately complete service invoices and job closeouts Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Stay engaged in ongoing training and skill development

Bring:
1-2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License Required Valid driver's license with clean driving record to operate a company vehicle EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II preferred) NATE Certifications (Core + specialties a plus) Basic HVAC tools in possession Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
