Role:

Journeyman HVAC Technician Pay:

Hourly, up to $35/hour + spiffs for turnover, membership, and IAQ product sales. •Current valid Kentucky Journeyman License Holders are granted up to a $5,000 total Bonus paid out through the first year! This is a token of our appreciation for helping us increase our footprint with your great talent!•

Schedule:

Monday- Friday, Rotating on call weekends as overtime + on call daily spiff

Role Responsibilities:

Complete HVAC repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, and other related in-home service calls for both light commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems. Establish customer rapport and recommend the right products and services. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Exceed revenue goals and maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck. Offer helpful recommendations to improve efficiency, comfort, and reliability. Keep detailed service records and stay organized on the job. Follow safety protocols and company standards to ensure safe, high-quality work. Work closely with a supportive team that's got your back.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Kentucky Journeyman's HVAC License EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) 2 or more years of hands-on HVAC experience. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting skills and a drive to get the job done right. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. The physical ability to work in a variety of settings (rooftops, crawl spaces, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems) Benefits:
