$30.00 per hour | Full-Time Ace Brands LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to support our restaurant locations. This is a general maintenance position , not solely an HVAC role. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, hands-on, and able to troubleshoot and complete a variety of repairs in a restaurant environment. Responsibilities General restaurant and facility maintenance HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and repair restaurant/kitchen equipment Minor plumbing and electrical repairs Assist with refrigeration and cooling equipment issues Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime Respond to maintenance requests across multiple restaurant locations Identify when outside service or specialized repairs are needed Qualifications Previous maintenance experience required HVAC experience required Restaurant or commercial maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
