Job Description
HVAC Service Technician and/or Installer Dynamic, rapidly growing, and reputable HVAC Installation and Service Company is looking for self-motivated, experienced HVAC Installers and/or Service Technicians. If you have Three-Five (3-5) years of experience in servicing and/or installing residential, commercial HVAC systems experience, if you are a driven individual with excellent customer service skills, you may qualify for one of our positions. If you have HVAC experience and/or trade school qualifications, we have a position to match your skill level and the work to keep you busy .
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential and commercial customers
- Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of those heating, air conditioning and ventilation units
- Maintain proper inventory, parts, tools, and safety equipment
- Diagnose service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer's recommendations
- Excellent customer service abilities in dealing with customers to resolve technical, logistical, and scheduling issues
- Maintain good working order of company vehicle
- Perform quality work with honesty and diligence and follow company procedures and values
Essential Qualifications:
- Three -Five (3-5) years of experience in service, maintenance and troubleshooting and correcting HVAC and other service issues
- Verifiable experience to develop quotations for repairs and installations of replacement equipment
- Construction skills and experience is a plus
- Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain service issues in a polite and affable manner
- Capable of working with fellow technicians and office team members
- Willingness to work on call schedule or extended shifts
- Ability to lift 100Lbs
- EPA Certification Required
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- No more than Two (2) moving violations in the past Three (3) years
- Trade School is a plus
