Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lead HVAC Installer and take charge of delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. In this energetic role, you will lead installation projects, oversee field service operations, and ensure that every system is installed with precision and excellence. Responsibilities Lead the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate system setup. Supervise and coordinate field service activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to code standards. Perform plumbing, welding, electrical work, and equipment repair as needed during installations or service calls. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues. Train and mentor junior technicians on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and technical procedures. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed. Skills Extensive construction experience with a focus on HVAC installation and property maintenance. Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, and mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting complex systems. Familiarity with plumbing techniques and refrigeration cycles. Ability to operate specialized tools such as ohmmeters; perform equipment repair; welding. Field service expertise with a focus on appliance repair and property upkeep in various environments. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Knowledge of HVAC/R safety standards including handling refrigerants safely.
