Job Description

We are looking for a competent Service Technician HVAC to perform maintenance in our facilities. Maintenance staff must ensure the smooth running of upkeep and repair operations. An excellent Service Technician must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing etc. The goal is to ensure that the facility is in good and safe condition at all times. •Providing excellent customer service to our residents is our priority.• FAMILY ▪

Professional Certifications (A/C & HVAC certified). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Driver's License (Required) Responsibilities Handle all service requests from the residents within 24 hours. Perform all Make-Ready Maintenance, including inspections of fixtures, appliance, and plumbing to verify all are in good working order according to make-ready checklist. Responds to emergency maintenance calls after hours. Reports supply shortages and orders to the manager Assists the Manager in controlling expenses by monitoring the pricing and performance of all vendors and suppliers. Shares in overall responsibility of keeping the Community clean and in excellent repair. Keeps maintenance shop organized and stacked. Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.) Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations Completes Routine Inspection Log.
Benefits:
