  • 150K) We are working with Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling that is one of the fastest-growing residential service companies in the Boston area.
In just two years, they've grown from a two-person operation to 25 employees and 12 service trucks, and they're just getting started. They dispatch directly from your home. Most technicians start their first call around 8:00 AM and finish between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. This is primarily a service and replacement role serving the Cambridge-area market. They work on residential HVAC systems and mini-splits. What makes Minuteman different? They're committed to doing what's right for the customer. They don't believe in high-pressure sales tactics or pushing unnecessary replacements. Sometimes the right answer is a repair, and they expect their technicians to recommend what's best for the homeowner. They're also growing rapidly, creating real advancement opportunities for technicians who want to move into future leadership roles.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform maintenance and service work Complete replacement work, including mini-split systems Communicate professionally with homeowners Provide solutions-focused recommendations Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
EPA Certification (Required) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with residential HVAC systems Mini-split experience preferred Valid driver's license
Important:
This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy service and troubleshooting. It is not a fit for candidates seeking sheet metal hours, refrigeration license hours, ductwork fabrication, or new construction/install-design work.
Compensation & Benefits:
