What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues Educate homeowners on repair options and system recommendations Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members Qualifications 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (But Not Required) NATE Certification HVAC trade school education Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software Experience with sheet metal, ductwork, or airflow diagnostics
