Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Massachusetts HVAC Mechanic with a minimum of 1
  • 5 years experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems, property maintenance, and mechanical repairs.
Duties:
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
  • Design and implement HVAC system upgrades for improved energy efficiency
  • Conduct property maintenance tasks as needed
Skills:
  • Proficiency in HVAC systems and mechanics
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC components
  • Experience with property maintenance tasks
  • Familiarity with designing HVAC system upgrades Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
