HVAC Install Technician:
Lead and coordinate HVAC installation crews for ductless mini-split and heat pump systems Perform advanced installation tasks such as line set routing, pressure testing, and electrical connections Supervise and mentor junior installers to ensure quality and safety standards are met Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with all codes and regulations Your skills and experience: 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, preferably with ductless mini-split systems Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities Effective leadership and team supervision skills Excellent communication and customer service orientation What you can expect from
