The ideal candidate is highly skilled in HVAC installation, has extensive ductwork experience, and can lead crews on both new construction and replacement projects in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a hands-on leader who can deliver high-quality workmanship, maintain jobsite efficiency, and ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Responsibilities Lead HVAC installation crews on residential and commercial projects. Perform full system installations on new construction and retrofit jobs. Install and lay out ductwork for residential homes, multi-family properties, and commercial buildings. Read blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans to complete installs properly. Install heating and cooling equipment, refrigeration lines, thermostats, air handlers, condensers, furnaces, and related components. Coordinate with builders, general contractors, project managers, and other trades on active job sites. Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local code requirements. Troubleshoot installation issues and make field decisions as needed. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Train and support installers and helpers on proper installation practices. Requirements 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred. Strong background in ductwork layout, fabrication, installation, and sealing. Experience with new construction installations (commercial & residential) Prior lead installer, foreman, or crew leader experience strongly preferred. Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings. Solid understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and jobsite environments. EPA certification preferred. OSHA, NATE, and sheet metal experience a plus.
