Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a MA licensed, motivated and skilled HVAC Technician with experience in oil-fired and air conditioning equipment to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing oil-fired heating systems and related HVAC equipment. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Duties Troubleshoot and repair oil burners, furnaces, boilers, and associated HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards Conduct routine maintenance on oil-fired equipment and air conditioning equipment to maximize efficiency and lifespan Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues Perform system inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to evaluate electrical components of HVAC systems Repair or replace mechanical parts including pumps, valves, burners, and controls Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for all work performed Skills Proven service technician experience with a focus on oil-fired equipment Proven service technician experience with central air conditioning systems Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans accurately Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety standards at all times Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier HVAC solutions!
