Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical school or HVAC training program is required. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair. Intermediate knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow principles. EPA 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is required. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Skills:
NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification is advantageous. Familiarity with advanced tools and diagnostic equipment used in HVAC work.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Capability to work in various positions, including standing, crouching, and climbing ladders. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

We're hiring a Level 2 HVAC Residential Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering an excellent customer experience. Core Responsibilities:
Independently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Perform intermediate-level installation tasks, including setting up HVAC equipment and connecting components. Conduct thorough inspections and testing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC equipment, identifying and replacing defective parts as needed. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to prolong equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns. Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed. Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance procedures. Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Keep up to date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
