No emergency service calls. No nights. No weekends. We're hiring a Maryland Licensed HVAC Journeyman to lead residential system replacements and full HVAC installations. $35-$45/hr Dedicated helper on most jobs Company vehicle Weekly pay State-funded projects provide steady year-round work Health insurance 401(k) with 4% match If you're looking for a stable installation-focused role where you can focus on quality work instead of service calls and sales pressure, we'd like to talk. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC replacements and full system installations Install furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, and water heaters Complete ductwork modifications and refrigerant piping installations Perform system start-up, commissioning, and testing Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and scopes of work Braze copper and work with ProPress and ZoomLock fittings Deliver clean, professional workmanship that meets code requirements Requirements Active Maryland HVAC Journeyman License EPA Type II or Universal Certification 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other installation environments Ownership of standard HVAC hand tools Preferred Maryland Gasfitter Journeyman License Service and diagnostic experience Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to ~ 3/4:00 PM No on-call | No nights | No weekends Benefits Company vehicle provided after onboarding period Health insurance (60% company paid) 401(k) with 4% company match Paid holidays Paid time off Weekly pay Professional development and training assistance Tools provided Next Step Apply now and we will connect to schedule a short 10-15 minute phone call.
