Hiring Company:

Our Client, provides top-tier HVAC services to both residential and commercial clients. They are currently seeking an experience, professional and safety-minded Lead HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Lead HVAC Technician , you will be responsible for overseeing and performing installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. You will also lead a team of technicians, provide mentorship, and ensure all projects are completed on time and in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in HVAC preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics EPA Certification (Section 608) required Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel and stay overnight for out-of-town projects Valid driver's license (MVR reviewed per company insurance policy standards) Drug testing required

General Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise HVAC technicians in the field
• Perform complex HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial clients
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients and addressing their needs
• Ensure that all work complies with local codes and regulations
• Order and manage inventory of necessary parts and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Complete service reports, job documentation, and time tracking accurately
• Assist in setting schedules and dispatching technicians for assignments
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide on-call support during after-hours as needed
