Full Job Description Experience:

  • $50 per hour Job Details
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, rooftop units, mini splits, and ventilation equipment. Install replacement HVAC systems and major components as needed. Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment issues before failures occur. Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical and control systems. Recharge refrigerant systems and perform leak detection and repairs. Communicate repair recommendations and system conditions with customers in a professional manner. Complete service reports accurately using mOur Clientle software. Follow all safety procedures and local, state, and federal codes. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and company equipment. Qualifications Maryland Journeyman HVAC License required. Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician. EPA Universal Certification required. Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration, gas heating, heat pumps, and airflow diagnostics. Experience servicing residential and light commercial equipment. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues independently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills.
