Job Overview We are looking to hire a skilled HVAC Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years service experience to join our team. Opportunity to earn great pay which will be based on your experience. Candidate must possess a strong background in HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical repair. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. The HVAC Mechanic will work closely with other technicians and service personnel to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Duties Install and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems using various tools and techniques. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Conduct field service calls to diagnose issues and provide solutions for clients. Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform equipment repairs and upgrades as needed. Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proven experience as an HVAC mechanic or service technician. Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and refrigeration processes. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
