What Sets ICS Apart Clear path to lead tech and field leadership roles Ongoing investment in advanced training, tools, and support Performance-driven culture built on accountability and execution A company in aggressive growth mode ( real upward mobility ) What You'll Do Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems independently Handle complex service calls across refrigeration, electrical, and controls Execute preventative maintenance with precision and efficiency Own your calls end-to-end with minimal oversight What We're Looking For 5+ years commercial HVAC/R experience (required) Strong diagnostic capability across refrigeration, electrical, and controls Proven ability to operate independently in the field EPA Universal Certification (required) Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits $38 - $48 per hour (based on capability and field independence) Company truck + fuel card Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Who This Is NOT For Techs who need constant direction Techs without strong troubleshooting depth Candidates without consistent commercial experience Who Thrives Here Techs who want to be the best in their trade Problem-solvers who take ownership and close jobs decisively Individuals looking for long-term growth, not just a paycheck
