What You'll Do Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Install HVAC equipment and accessories as needed Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues Explain repair recommendations and system options to homeowners Maintain accurate service documentation Deliver outstanding customer service on every call Follow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications 1-5 years of residential HVAC experience preferred EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions Must be able to participate in an on-call and weekend rotation Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Lunch break included Weekend and on-call rotation required Overtime opportunities available Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Commission opportunities for selling HVAC accessories and new system replacements Overtime available Company vehicle (if applicable) Paid training and opportunities for career growth Supportive team environment Why Join This Team?
