Senior HVAC Service Technician

Anthony & Son Indoor Air Quality is growing and looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians and Lead Installers who take pride in quality work, professionalism, and customer service. We are a family-owned company servicing residential and light commercial customers throughout Montgomery County, Frederick, PG County, and the surrounding DMV areas. We are not looking for average technicians — we are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with a company that values workmanship, accountability, leadership, and long-term opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits, RTUs, and airflow diagnostics Install experience preferred Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners Clean driving record EPA Certification required NATE certification is a plus Must be dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
