Hourly HVAC Quality Assurance Technician
OverviewUrgently Hiring:

H. Furr is hiring a Residential HVAC Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure every system we install or service meets our high standards of safety, performance, and craftsmanship.

This is a non-sales role designed for experienced HVAC professionals who want steady, year-round work without the pressure of upsells or commission goals. If you enjoy diagnosing issues, fine-tuning systems, mentoring through quality feedback, and taking pride in doing things the right way, this could be a great fit.

  • Perform quality assurance inspections on residential HVAC installations and service work

  • Strong residential HVAC experience
  • Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, airflow, duct design, and performance standards
  • Professional communication skills—able to give clear, constructive feedback
  • Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for documentation
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Valid driver's license (must be at least 21 per company policy)Compensation & Benefits
