Position Summary:

The HVAC Service Technician will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a high-quality customer experience aligned with company standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with insurable driving record EPA Certified 2+ years of HVAC service experience strongly preferred Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for residential system Understanding of refrigerant systems, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps Ability to read and interpret residential wiring diagrams and blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to assess customer concerns and provide effective, value-drive solutions Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment Knowledge of safety practices related to tools, testing devices, and work environments Why join the Apple Plumbing Heating and Air Team?
