Full-Time | Augusta, Biddeford, Portland, Mechanic Falls locations | $30-$50 per Hour Superior Energy Solutions is currently expanding our commercial service division and is hiring a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to support customers throughout the Augusta region. Position Overview As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. Technicians in this role work independently in the field while receiving support from an experienced dispatch and management team. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues Document completed work using digital service software Communicate effectively with customers regarding findings and recommendations Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices Coordinate with dispatch to manage service calls and scheduling Desired Qualifications At least 3 years of hands-on commercial HVAC/R experience 5 or more years of experience preferred Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License is a plus Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and electronic work orders Professional communication and customer service abilities CompensationPerks Hourly pay ranging from $30-$50 based on experience, licensing, and qualifications Take-home company vehicle available for qualified technicians Stable, year-round commercial service work Flexible scheduling options Paid training and continued professional development Supportive team environment with experienced leadership Benefits Package Medical, dental, and vision coverage Employer-paid short-term disability Employer-paid long-term disability Employer-paid life and AD&D insurance Profit-sharing program Paid holidays and paid time off Bereavement leave Company-provided uniforms Company phone and tablet Join a company that values technical expertise, professional growth, and long-term career development.
