Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration. This role requires the ability to read and interpret schematics, perform equipment repairs, and ensure optimal system performance for our clients. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine system layouts and specifications. Perform field service tasks including diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and executing repairs. Collaborate with team members to design effective HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Execute welding tasks as needed for system installations or repairs. Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations during all service activities. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC/R. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to HVAC systems. Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints related to HVAC installations. Experience in equipment repair, plumb work, and welding is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
