Job description: We are launching a new HVAC service company backed by an established Maine real estate and property management group. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HVAC technician to help build and lead a growing business with an immediate pipeline of residential and commercial service work.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems Manage daily service calls and schedules Prepare estimates and communicate with customers Maintain high safety and service standards Train and support future technicians as the team grows

Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Experience with heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, hydronic, oil, propane, natural gas, or commercial HVAC systems Required EPA certification and applicable Maine HVAC licenses Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Leadership experience is a plus
