Northeast Technical Institute is looking for HVAC/R instructors to help develop the next generation of technicians. If you've ever enjoyed mentoring a new hire, training an apprentice, or sharing your knowledge on a job site, teaching may be a rewarding next step. You don't need prior teaching experience—just industry knowledge, professionalism, and a desire to make a difference.
